This publication, compiled by Beverley Wishart, was originally produced as a booklet in 2002, all copies of which have now been sold, We are pleased to announce that the data in the booklet has been scanned and converted into a digital database which is now available as a download in our bookshop. This contains 10,517 entries (including some duplicates), recording births (1854-1930) and deaths (1845-1943). There is much useful additional information on ages, dates, addresses and causes of death. In addition, the original booklet containing a detailed description of the workhouse has been scanned and is included as a pdf file.
Note that this database programme will only run under Microsoft Windows operating system.
