Regretfully, due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, Culture Coventry Trust have taken the decision for Herbert Art Gallery and Museum/Coventry Archives to remain closed slightly longer than anticipated. We intend to reopen to the public, subject to Government advice, on Wednesday 6th January 2021. This will enable the Trust to continue the focus on the refurbishment works which are taking place across the museum.
During this period, we are taking the opportunity to process archive stocktaking tasks between 3rd -11th of December, that would normally take place during January. This means that we can open earlier in the year than we normally do.. We will still aim to respond to email enquiries as much as possible. From 14th of December though there will not be any staff in the building until we return in January. Regretfully, we are unable to respond to any enquiries during this period until we return in 2021.
We are still unable to accept any donations in person or by post until 2021..
We will still be active online, please follow our social media accounts and subscribe to our newsletters to enjoy engaging content from the comfort of your own home.
Thank you for your continued patience and stay safe.
Yours sincerely,
Victoria Northridge
