The meeting room is open from 7.00pm and the business of the meeting starts at 7.30pm. There is a nominal charge of £1 (£2 for non-members) towards the hire of the room and refreshments. At the end of the meeting there is a chance to mingle, chat, and visit the bookstall and library. Non-members are always welcome.
